A candidate for Mexican congress is looking to kickstart her campaign with a little T&A.

Natalia Juarez, a philosophy professor who is running as a member of the Party of the Democratic Revolution, rolled out a billboard recently showing her posing topless with six other female members of the party.

The giant ad shows the bare-chested leftists grinning while covering their breasts with their right hands and raising their left hands in fists.

A tagline above their heads reads, "Dare to join a new, unprejudiced nation-building project!"

Juarez, 34, said the bombshell poster was meant “to make an impact and not go unnoticed."

"It's an attempt to run a campaign that is different and cheerful, but also an invitation for people to reveal who they are and commit themselves," she told Spanish language news agency EFE.

The billboards were posted around Guadalajara, the mostly conservative capital of the western state of Jalisco and Mexico’s second-largest city.

A forthcoming billboard will show the naked legs of four women, with their pelvic regions covered by a partially see-through yellow ribbon.

Juarez is running for a seat in the western state of Jalisco's 8th District.

Among the priorities on her platform is a call to legalize drugs and tax them as a way to stop the country's brutal cartel violence.

She dismissed conservative critics who claimed her sexed-up campaign was light on substance.

"Conservative people are never going to vote for me," Juarez told CNN.

"Even if I dressed as a nun and carried a rosary and said that my party was going to give away Bibles and rosaries, they wouldn't."

Mexico's congressional and presidential elections are on July 1.
