I sincerely hope that this is a fetish-thing that fulfils her kinky dreams and not a mental illness like body dysmorphic disorder or a severely low self-esteem. Because then I’d suggest therapy instead of surgery.

Either way, I think her surgeon is extremely irresponsible.
