Click on inbox to open the Kabibi messenger to see who has written to you.

Yes. As an account/member holder you have certain special obligations primarily those of keeping the chat room a safe, pleasant place to interact with others. (2)Set good examples of responsible behavior. (3) Posting or transmitting unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation to other users, in kabibi, except in those areas that maybe designated for such a purpose, is not allowed. (4) We discourage disruptive conduct: persistent off-topic comments in a topic-oriented conference, statements that incite others to violate kabibi Standards, Terms of Service or Policies, in any form - all are considered disruptive. Users inviting others to visit Web sites with content that do not comply with kabibi Standards are considered to be in violation of our Standards. Kabibi reserve the right to delete any user(s) account who violet any of our terms/policies.

Absolutely. We do not share any personally identifying information about you to any third party, unless required by law in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We may disclose information, if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected illegal activities or fraud, situations involving the physical safety of any person. We may also disclose your information for promotional purposes, and if our company or our assets are acquired by another company.

All advertising on Kabibi must comply with our Policies. (1)Advertisers cannot create or manage multiple Kabibi accounts for advertising purposes (2) Ads cannot insult, harass, or threaten a user. (3) Ads must not be false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive. Kabibi reserves the right to reject or remove advertising that we deem contrary to our ad philosophy. 12 - Who can find me in search?
By default, everyone can find you in search. However, when people click on your search listing, they won’t be able to see all of the information in your profile. They will be able to view your publicly available information only. Any additional information that they can view when they click on your search listing is determined by your Profile privacy settings.
13 - Can I invite a friend?
Absolutely, if a user decides to use our Invitation option to invite a friend to our site, we ask them for the friend's email address. Kabibi will automatically send the friend an email inviting them to join the website. Kabibi stores this email address for the purpose of automatically associating the friend with the user sending the invitation. Kabibi does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations. The friend may contact Kabibi to request the removal of this information from our database. By providing us with information about a friend, you confirm that they have given you their informed consent to do so.

17 - Can I post a video or art work that I do not have the copyright?
No. You can only post videos or art works that belong to you. When we are notified by an authorized representative of the copyright holder that a particular video uploaded to our site infringes another's copyright, we respond promptly, as the law requires. Once we become aware of an unauthorized use, we will remove the video promptly. Some examples of potentially infringing content are:
• TV shows
. Including sitcoms, sports broadcasts, news broadcasts, comedy shows, cartoons, dramas, etc.
. Includes network and cable TV, pay-per-view and on-demand TV
• Music videos, such as the ones you might find on music video channels
• Videos of live concerts, even if you captured the video yourself
. Even if you took the video yourself, the performer controls the right to use his/her image in a video, the songwriter owns the rights to the song being performed, and sometimes the venue prohibits filming without permission, so this video is likely to infringe somebody else's rights.
• Movies and movie trailers
• Slide shows that include photos or images owned by somebody else
User accounts of repeat infringers are automatically terminated.

Using Kabibi is generally free. We may charge fees for certain services. If the service you use charges a fee, you'll be able to review and accept that charge. Our fees are quoted in US Dollars ($$), and we may change them from time to time. We will notify you of changes to our fee policy by posting such changes on the site. We may choose to temporarily change our fees for promotional events or new services; these changes are effective when we announce the promotional event or new service.

If you purchase advertising, and your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may take steps to collect past due amounts using other collection mechanisms.
